What you’ll be responsible for
* Leading a predominantly Monday–Friday business, with a set number of weekends each year
* Overseeing a well-established staff restaurant alongside a strong hospitality and events programme
* Managing and developing an on-site team of 8, staying visible, supportive, and present
* Being the key point of contact for senior internal clients, VIP guests, and visitors
* Making sure standards are high, the experience is consistent, and the operation continues to evolve

This role will suit someone who already understands B & I - Catering Sector and is comfortable operating at a senior level.
* Proven B&I catering experience is essential
* Confident delivering professional hospitality and events
* A natural, credible leader who enjoys being operational rather than desk-bound

* A driving licence is essential due to the location
