Key areas of focus include:
* Assessing the effectiveness of existing remuneration structures in attracting, motivating, and retaining talent.
* Recommending best practices for bonus design, including differentiated and tiered structures.
* Exploring performance-related reward systems that are motivating, proportionate, and targeted.
* Evaluating the feasibility of a Strategic Incentive Plan (SIP) for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and key roles.
* Delivering externally benchmarked, affordable, and defensible options for remuneration frameworks.
