The Head of the River is a busy pub and hotel in central Oxford, occupying a great location by the water. Outdoor seating makes for a lively summer scene, while year round the pub attracts a diverse mix of locals and tourists for real ales and fresh food .

What we look for in a Receptionist:

* Create a welcoming and positive first impression for guests arriving at the hotel.
* Manage check-ins efficiently, especially during busy periods.
* Handle various enquiries from guests with professionalism and attentiveness.
* Utilise IT systems effectively to manage reservations and guest information.
* Possess strong interpersonal skills and prioritise guest satisfaction.
