Salary: Up to circa £30,000 per annum/pro rata (DOE) + excellent benefits
Hours: Monday Friday, 09:00 17:30 (Flexible / Part-Time considered)
TSR Legal are working with a friendly and forward-thinking law firm in Bath to recruit a dedicated Legal Secretary or Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, CQS-accredited firm that specialises in Residential Conveyancing, Commercial Property, and Private Client work.

The ideal candidate will have:
Previous legal secretarial or assistant experience within Residential Conveyancing, Commercial Property, or Private Client departments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and a focus on excellent client service
Experience with digital dictation/transcription systems (e.g., Philips SpeechLive)
Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
A proactive attitude, with a willingness to support the wider team
