As THEMH Clinical Lead, you will be the main point of contact for clinical support and risk escalation for their service. You will leverage your knowledge of risk and safeguarding to ensure a safe and secure environment for their clients. Additionally, you will analyze service outcome data and identify trends that can be improved as part of a continuous quality improvement cycle. Working closely with the wider clinical leadership team, you will develop and implement new clinical initiatives that help drive service improvement.
