Salary: Up to £38,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

PRS Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Fabric Engineer to carry out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a high-profile commercial site located in Chiswick. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in building fabric maintenance who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out a wide range of building fabric repairs and maintenance tasks, including:
* Carpentry
* Painting & decorating
* Tiling
* Plastering
* Flooring repairs
* Glazing
* Brickwork and fencing
* Replace carpet and ceramic floor tiles as required
* Replace suspended ceiling tiles and clean ceiling grilles
* Support other engineers on site when needed
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
* Deliver excellent customer service to site occupants and stakeholders
Requirements
* City & Guilds qualification in one or more of the following:
o Bricklaying
o Plastering
o Tiling
o Painting & Decorating
* Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
* Strong understanding of facilities maintenance services
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* A proactive and professional approach to work
