Receptionist Reception & Administration Support (Maternity Cover - 12 Months)Location: Central ManchesterTemporary- 12 months (maternity cover)Hours of Work 27.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 2:30pm 100% on-site Start Date: JunePay £13.04 per hour plus holiday pay Job Overview: To provide efficient reception and administrative support to an organisation’s Landscaping Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This role acts as a first point of contact for visitors, landscapers, suppliers and customers, supporting job allocation and administrative processes. Key Responsibilities: Reception & Front-of-House Act as the first point of contact for visitors, landscapers and delivery drivers Receive and process deliveries, ensuring correct routing and record-keeping Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area Administration & Team Support Allocate and coordinate daily job tasks for landscapers, as directed by management Scan and process weekly timesheets accurately and on time Manage incoming and outgoing emails, responding to routine queries where appropriate Handle telephone queries, directing calls and passing on messages efficiently Provide general administrative support to the Landscaping Team as required Skills & Experience Previous experience in an administrative or reception-based role Confident communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment Good organisational skills and attention to detail Competent IT skills, including email, scanning and basic office systems Desirable Experience working within a facilities, construction or landscaping environment Experience coordinating workloads or job allocations What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, please forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
