This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with the Board, Committees, Executive Team and subsidiaries, delivering a first-class Company Secretariat function and promoting excellence in governance across the organisation. You’ll have a relevant professional qualification e.g. ICSA (full or partially qualified) or equivalent through experience within a regulated sector, such as housing, public, or a charitable organisation.
