We are looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op. Working Pattern

Role Overview
As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. You will lead the store team by coaching and supervising Customer Team Members, deputising for the Store Manager, delivering excellent customer service, and performing various store tasks like re-stocking shelves and cleaning spillages.
What You’ll Do
1. Provide friendly, welcoming, helpful, and thoughtful service, managing the store and handling challenging situations.
2. Develop your team’s capabilities through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone’s voice is valued.
3. Ensure the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational.
4. Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to enhance the shopping experience.
5. Support the Store Manager by deputising when necessary and assisting with HR processes.
6. Lead the introduction of new products and services, working closely with your team to implement changes and gather feedback.
7. Build relationships within the local community, supporting the delivery of the community plan.
