Job Description
Help create a new racquet sport experience! Join our team opening a brand new facility! Four tennis courts and eight pickleball courts. Hatfield Rally House is seeking a highly experienced and certified Tennis Pro to lead programming, instruction, and community development (should have experience in these areas).
Success in this role has the potential to lead to a Director of Tennis position.
Responsibilities
* Lead programming, instruction, and community development for tennis and pickleball at a brand-new indoor facility.
* Develop and implement coach-led clinics, leagues, and outreach initiatives to grow participation and engagement.
* Collaborate with facility leadership to design programming schedules and events.
Qualifications
* Certified Tennis Pro with substantial experience in programming, instruction, and community development.
* Experience leading teams and creating scalable programs; ability to manage growth in a startup facility.
