Sales Manager – OEM (Structured Cabling) Department: Sales
Reports to: Head of Global OEM Sales
The Sales Manager (OEM) will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and managing relationships with OEM partners in the structured(LAN) cabling domain. Experience in Fiber cables will be an added advantage.
Drive sales of LAN Cables through OEM channels to meet or exceed targets.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and strategic account planning.
Deliver regular performance reports, pipeline updates, and partner insights.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field
~5-7 years of experience in OEM or channel sales, specifically in structured cabling.
~ Strong technical knowledge of copper cabling systems and standards.
~ Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and travel as needed.
