McCarthy Stone are recruiting a professional Care Supervisor to join the team at our prestigious Birch Place development in Crowthorne, Berkshire.
Compensation & Hours
Hourly rate: £16.25 per hour for day shifts and £12.65 per hour for sleeping night shifts. Plus receive an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.
Hours: 33.5 per week (includes a mix of day shifts and sleeping night shifts). Day shifts vary between 08:45 and 16:30 or between 16:15 and 09:30. Night shift: 21:30 to 09:00. Care Supervisors sleep between 23:00 and 07:00, providing emergency support during that period.

Qualifications
* Warm, friendly, organized and self‑motivated individual with experience in care or support environment and excellent care skills.
* Desire to work in Health and Social Care sector and preferably has a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification; consideration will be given to other relevant qualifications and experience.
* Keen to take on responsibility of managing security of the development, looking after safety and wellbeing of homeowners, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.
* Capable of coordinating and facilitating activities that strengthen community spirit within the development.
* Driven to continue to grow skills, lead by example and think on feet.
* Able to make a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
