Harkaye Core Talent is partnering with a growing and forward-thinking law firm seeking a Private Client Solicitor (3+ PQE) to play a key role in expanding its presence within the local market.

The Opportunity
This role goes beyond a traditional fee-earning position. You will be instrumental in:
* Strengthening and developing the firm’s Private Client offering in the region
* Building long-term client relationships and becoming a trusted local advisor
* Supporting the growth of a team as the department expands
* Contributing to the strategic direction of the office
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a varied caseload including:
* Wills & Estate Planning
* Probate & Estate Administration
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Trusts
* Delivering high-quality client service with empathy and professionalism
* Playing an active role in business development and networking
* Supporting junior team members as the team grows
About You
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years’ PQE in Private Client
* Strong technical expertise across a broad private client caseload
* Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
* Ambitious and motivated to grow with the firm and build a team
* Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skill
