You will work closely with a Team Manager from Families First, a Team Manager from Family Help, and a Social Work Consultant from First Contact. This collaborative role focuses on reimagining the front door of our social care system, ensuring families receive timely and appropriate support from voluntary and community services, Family Help teams, or social work teams. The aim is to protect children from harm through a swift turnaround of support identification within 10 days.
