The role:
Reporting to the CFO, you’ll act as a key commercial partner across the pharmacy network, providing insight, challenging performance, and supporting growth across both NHS and private income streams.
What you’ll be doing:
* Partnering with Area & Pharmacy Managers to drive decision-making
* Leading budgeting & forecasting
* Analysing revenue streams and performance vs budget
* Developing KPIs and improving branch profitability
* Supporting commercial initiatives and financial modelling
* Delivering clear, actionable insights to senior leadership
About you:
* Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
* Strong background in Business Partnering / FP&A / Commercial Finance
* Advanced Excel and modelling skills
* Confident communicator with strong commercial acumen
