Abel Occupational Health Resolutions is seeking a reliable and efficient Administrator to support our growing team. This is a key role providing day-to-day administrative and organisational support to ensure the smooth running of our services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries
Schedule appointments and coordinate occupational health assessments
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and databases
Provide administrative support to clinicians and management
Skills and Experience
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience in an administrative role (healthcare or similar environment preferred but not essential)
