Job Description:
At Part 2, the role you choose can define the rest of your career… arguably one of the most important choices you’ll ever make.
This role sets the foundation for your future.
At this early stage, understanding your pathways becomes vital…
Join a studio that is too small, and your exposure/level of responsibility can be amazing, but at the cost of project scale and variety.
Join a studio that is too large, and you can work on amazing projects at the cost of exposure (being stuck on window/door schedules isn’t going to leave you fulfilled, even if the scheme is flagship).
The perfect balance?
A medium-sized studio with a reputation for designing and delivering award-winning work across cultural, residential, mixed-use and hospitality.
Primarily UK-led with a rapidly growing international portfolio.
A leadership team of former Foster + Partners directors will instil a creative standard that shapes your future career.
Rich architectural exposure across all RIBA Stages.
Proven pathways into the industry’s leading firms, and alternative routes into design and project management.
* 35-strong studio in Central London… a melting pot of creative and technical minds from top practices (Foster + Partners, Make Architects, and others).
* Direct collaboration with senior leadership… thought-leaders in cultural and high-end mixed-use/residential/hospitality.
* A track record of outstanding Part III progression/support (eight team members qualified in the last two years).
Who we’re looking for:
* RIBA Part II Graduate (MArch) with full rights to live and work in the UK without sponsorship.
* Ambition to work across all RIBA Stages.
* A high-achiever with strong potential for progression and responsibility.
* Revit software proficiency.
* Minimum 1 year of UK practice experience (Part I included).
* Immediate availability to start (highly desirable).
* Appetite for variety in scale and typology (project values £20m-£300m).
Your next chapter includes:
* Competitive salary and bonus structure
* Genuine work/life balance
* Career-defining development with diverse project exposure
* Real balance in a supportive, creative environment
