Customer Team Leader
Location: 32 Upper Malone Road, Belfast, BT9 5NA
Pay: £13.65 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part-time
Working pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings from 6am, afternoons, late evenings until 10pm, and weekends, to be discussed at interview. The role includes working in our in-store bakery.

We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll lead the store team—coaching and supervising Customer Team Members, deputising for the Store Manager, and performing tasks like restocking shelves and cleaning spillages.
