Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for Surrey Council who are looking for a Learning Disabilities & Autism Social Worker.
Job Title: Learning Disabilities & Autism Social Worker
Location: Surrey County Council - Surrey
Rate: Up to £38.69 per hour
Working Pattern: Hybrid | 36 hours per week
Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of 15-20 adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism
* Work with individuals who may also have dual diagnosis with mental health
* Complete Section 42 safeguarding enquiries
* Work closely with service users, carers, and partner agencies
