Housing Solicitor | Euston / Hybrid | £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
The Opportunity:
Renowned for its commitment to tenant rights and client-focused approach, this Legal 500 firm requires a Housing Solicitor (1-4 PQE) to join their nationally recognised Housing team dedicated to social justice and delivering outstanding client care.
The Role:
You will join a busy and respected Housing team handling a varied caseload of housing matters, working both independently and collaboratively while delivering high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
\t
* Managing a caseload of housing matters including disrepair claims, homelessness appeals and possession matters
\t
* Handling housing-related judicial review challenges
\t
* Advising clients under legal aid, CFA and private funding arrangements
\t
* Delivering clear, practical advice and maintaining excellent client care
\t
* Managing cases from instruction through to resolution
\t
* Working collaboratively within the team and supporting wider departmental objectives
About You:
\t
* Qualified Solicitor with 1–4 years’ PQE
\t
* Experience handling housing matters including disrepair, homelessness and possession claims
\t
* Experience working under legal aid, CFA and private work
\t
* Strong commitment to social justice and client care
\t
* Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and as part of a team
\t
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
