Hann Tucker Associates have been established for over 50 years and are one of the largest independent Acoustic Consultancies in the UK with offices in Woking and Manchester.
We are looking for a full-time office administrator to support our team of Acoustic Consultants. The position will be based at our Woking office, located in the town centre.
We are looking for someone to work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. In return you will receive an attractive salary with an annual bonus.24 days holiday, pension scheme contribution and a season ticket for the local car park. We have a hybrid working policy with the ability to work from home during the week.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Preparation, formatting and emailing documents, proof reading and collating information packs as needed.
* Drafting and sending monthly invoices.
* Manage incoming phone calls, passing detailed messages on effectively and efficiently.
* Administration of the ISO9001 accreditation
* Holiday requests
* Organising stationery, post and arranging couriers.
* Company Car administration
* Assist setting up internal meetings including organising catering.
* Validating time-sheets submitted electronically by the fee-earning staff.
* Ensure all consumables needed are kept at a good stock level.
* Actively maintain data held in internal systems including our in-house time management system, electric project files, paper copies of important project documents and our database of clients and monitoring schedule for new work opportunities.
* Responsible for Social Media posts
* PQQ Administration
* Provide support to colleagues, undertaking delegated activities as requested in order to meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrator role
- Proficient with Microsoft packages
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent organisational skills
