Overview
Account Manager – Elizabeth Arden is a global prestige beauty company with an extensive portfolio of prestige beauty brands sold in over 120 countries. The company’s brand portfolio includes Elizabeth Arden skincare, colour, and fragrance brands. We are looking for an Account Manager working 22.5 hours over 4 days. The role is to be the face of the Elizabeth Arden counter, ensuring exemplary customer service and delivering product knowledge on the counter each day. You will be responsible for managing, motivating and developing the team to successfully achieve the account’s business plan and targets. Above all you must be passionate about leveraging all opportunities to promote the brand and build the business.

* Manage, motivate and develop the counter team to achieve the account’s business plan and targets.
* Promote the brand and drive business growth by leveraging opportunities on counter.
About You / Qualifications
* A real passion for beauty and skincare with proven experience in delivering excellent customer service.
* Enthusiastic about getting the best out of people, motivating others to deliver high performance.
* Confident in coaching, supporting and developing the team to build skills, competencies and ambitious goals.
* Ability to create new business insights, translate them into plans and actions to drive the counters KPI’s and profitability.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, customers and management.
