h3 Caretaker
Location: Bow Cross - London
Salary: £28,734 - £30,246 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
We are seeking a Caretaker to join our Estate Services team based in London.
Responsibilities include:
* Carrying out bulk removals and proper disposal of items
* General cleaning of communal areas
* Grounds maintenance including litter picking and upkeep
* Working with customers to resolve issues and improve services
* Completing documentation related to tasks
* Health and Safety inspections and reporting repairs
* Maintaining tools and equipment
Skills and experience:
* Experience in cleaning or caretaking roles
* British Institute Certificate in Cleaning Services (BICS) advantageous
* Experience operating hand tools and light machinery
* Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
* Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Valid UK manual driving license (for driving company vehicles)
