Care Assistant – Care and Support, Hampton Care Home.
Contract: Full Time or Part‑Time, Bank; Salary: £12.81 - £13.27 per hour; Shift Type: Days & Nights Available; Contracted hours: 12 to 44 per week.

Responsibilities
* Empower Independence: Assist residents with daily routines, encourage positive choices, and promote independence.
* Personalised Care: Support each resident’s care plan with hands‑on help and thoughtful attention.
* Health and Well‑being: Monitor health, communicate concerns to the Nurse or Clinical Deputy Manager, and assist with calls to relatives or healthcare professionals.
* Champion Dignity: Uphold the dignity and respect of every resident.
* Social Support: Encourage interactions among residents and staff.
* Safety and Comfort: Work with housekeepers to maintain clean, safe, and comfortable spaces and respond quickly to emergencies.
* Nutritional Support: Help residents with eating and drinking to meet their nutritional needs.
* Spread Smiles: Bring joy to residents’ lives and make them smile every day.
Qualifications & Attributes
* NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred.
* At least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant (or transferable skills).
* Passion for caring for the elderly and a commitment to excellent service.
* Integrity, respect, and a strong sense of teamwork.
