What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-SOAS USAREUR-AFSenior Construction Security and Reporting Technician, you will support US Army Europe/Africa G2 and other intelligence partners, contributing to advisory and analysis efforts related to Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF) mission areas. You will be part of a team supporting the Intelligence Directorate of the Army Service Component Command for both US European Command and US Africa Command, producing assessments on terrorism, counterterrorism, and counter-intelligence issues to support U.S. and partner operations.
More About the Role:
This position is based at the Joint Analysis Center at RAF Molesworth, UK, with potential travel within USEUCOM or USAFRICOM areas of responsibility to meet mission needs in CONUS and OCONUS locations. The role requires SOFA approval or appropriate visa/work authorization, and the ability to work shifts, overtime, in adverse weather, and possibly deploy to austere or hostile zones.
Additional duties include:
* Understanding US Air Forces in Europe (USAFE) security procedures
* Monitoring foreign national construction workers
* Documenting construction activities and security incidents
* Performing inspections of materials, tools, and equipment, including specialized equipment like X-Ray and NLJD
* Collaborating with security managers and project teams on security requirements
* Maintaining security documentation and logs
* Identifying anomalies in construction work against plans
* Performing access control and security screening
* Reporting suspicious activities or materials promptly
* Monitoring for hostile surveillance devices and practicing OPSEC
Qualifications:
* BA/BS + 10 years of experience, or 15 years of related military experience
* Active TS/SCI clearance
* At least 3 years in construction security surveillance, TSCM, or related security fields
Preferred Qualifications:
* 5+ years in relevant security or surveillance roles, including overseas projects
* Experience in counterintelligence or intelligence analysis
* US military construction training or certifications (e.g., US Naval CB, US Army Corps of Engineers, USMC Marine Armed Security, USAF RED HORSE)
