The Adult Social Care Quality Assurance Team play a vital role in shaping services that make a real difference to people across Wiltshire. This role supports the Transforming Adult Social Care (TASC) programme and helps ensure our services are always inspection-ready and delivering outstanding outcomes. As the Quality Assurance Officer, you will lead on audit coordination and quality assurance, working closely with the Principal Social Worker and Principal Occupational Therapist. You will be the go-to person for audit resources, insights, and reporting, helping teams understand what is working and where we can improve. Your work will directly support continuous development across Adult Social Care, making sure the voice of those who use our services is heard and reflected in everything we do. We are looking for someone with experience in project or programme methodology, systems thinking, auditing and report writing. You will be confident working independently and collaboratively, with strong communication and analytical skills. You will be comfortable presenting complex information to a range of audiences and have a real drive to make a difference.
