Due to their sustained success, they are continuing to expand creating opportunity for a Construction Manager to join the team.

As a Construction Manager you ll be responsible for:
* Managing 2 Contract Managers
* Overseeing 15 sites across Birmingham, Warwickshire, along the M5, Cotswolds, Bristol and Gloucestershire.
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
* Coordinating with key stakeholders
* Maintaining exceptional health, safety, and environmental standards on all sites
* Monitoring site progress, managing resources, and resolving any issues that arise
