As our new Nursery Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that follow the EYFS framework.
* Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where children feel valued and encouraged to explore.
* Support children's early language, communication, and social skills through interactive and play-based learning.
* Observe, assess, and track children's progress, adapting learning activities to meet individual needs.
* Work closely with parents and carers, fostering strong partnerships to support children's development at home and in school.
* Collaborate with the Early Years team to enhance teaching and learning strategies across the setting.
A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent) or an Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS).
* Experience working within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), ideally in a nursery setting.
* A deep understanding of child development and early learning strategies.
* A creative and nurturing approach to teaching, ensuring every child thrives.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with colleagues and families.
* A commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education.
