Deputy Manager
Ipswich / £46,000 per annum / Full Time
Time recruitment is selecting for a Deputy Manager to join an exemplary national care provider in Ipswich. This beautiful nursing home has an excellent CQC report and has an excellent team which provides care of the highest quality. We are looking for a Deputy Manager with an active NMC pin. Both RGNs and RMNs are welcome to apply.

Duties for the Deputy Manager:
- Assist the home manager in the day to day running of the home
- Ensure the provision of high-quality care
- Training and supervising care staff in all facets of their work
- Pre-admission assessments
- Critical clinical decisions
- Assessing and developing person centred care plans
- Effective communication with residents' families and other professionals
- Accurate record keeping
Requirements for the Deputy Manager:
- A Registered Nurse, with a valid NMC pin
- Previous Deputy Manager experience
- Ability to engage with service users to understand their needs in order to provide excellent care
- Good working knowledge of CQC regulations
