A long‑established Legal 500 firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor, Wills & Probate Lawyer or Private Client Legal Executive to manage a varied caseload across Wills, Probate, Estate Administration and Court of Protection matters.
The Role
*
Manage a full caseload of Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Trusts and Tax Planning
*
Handle files from instruction to completion
*
Deliver clear, responsive client advice
*
Ensure compliance with SRA, Lexcel and internal quality standards
*
Support business development and represent the firm professionally
About You
*
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (3+ years’ experience)
*
Strong background in Private Client / Wills & Probate work
*
Confident managing your own caseload
*
Knowledge of SRA Standards & Regulations, AML and Lexcel
*
Excellent communication and client‑care skills
