With global partnerships across elite strength sports, they’re now searching for a Partnerships Director to lead strategy, relationships and growth. The Role You’ll oversee global relationships with 20 international federations and more than 160 professional athletes - from household names to emerging talent. Your focus: building world-class partnerships, leading a talented team, and driving a smarter commercial return on a £4m annual budget. You will: Lead the evolution of global sponsorship and partnership programmes. Build and maintain trusted relationships with federations, athletes, and commercial partners. Manage a growing team, setting clear goals and ensuring strong delivery. Own and optimise partnership budgets for maximum ROI. Join the senior leadership team and shape strategy as the business scales internationally. About You You’ll bring a mix of commercial acumen, strategic vision and relationship-building skill. You’re confident working with high-profile stakeholders and passionate about sport, performance and brand growth. You’ll likely have: Experience in partnerships, brand sponsorships or commercial leadership. A proven record of delivering measurable impact through partnerships.
