On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their established Residential & Commercial Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to take ownership of a varied caseload, deliver high-quality legal services, and play a key role in a growing, client-focused firm.
The Role:
You will manage a diverse range of residential and commercial property matters with minimal supervision, ensuring a high standard of service throughout each transaction. Key responsibilities include:
* Handling your own caseload of residential and commercial property transactions
* Providing clear, timely legal advice while maintaining strong client relationships
* Managing billing, credit control, and accurate case records
* Supporting and mentoring colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practice
* Ensuring compliance with SRA regulations and internal procedures
About You:
We are seeking a pro‑active and organised professional with:
* Qualification as a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
* At least three years’ relevant property experience
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Strong commercial awareness and financial management ability
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and confidence using LEAP case management systems
* The ability to prioritise effectively and work independently
