About the Direct Payment Holder
A 17‑year‑old non‑verbal autistic boy is seeking a PA to keep him company in his home and to support him when accessing the community to keep him safe.
Hours and Pay
Hours: 4 hours per week – term time; 12 hours – school holidays. Days and times to be arranged. Rate: £17.15 per hour.

Welwyn (AL6)
Requirements
* DBS check confirmed.
* Right to work and references needed.
What You Would Be Doing
Play games and keep company with the teenager; support with trips out; take part in activities such as going to the shops, visiting the park, swimming, and horse riding.
Required Skills and Experience
* Enthusiastic and kind natured.
* Not phased by difficult behaviour and has experience/techniques to manage it.
* Loves cooking and enjoys eating.
* Car driver an advantage.
