The Role
* Driving revenue growth and treatment conversion

* Working alongside clinicians to maximise performance and patient satisfaction
About You
* Previous experience as a Practice Manager within a UK private dental practice
* Strong leadership and commercial management skills
* Experience managing KPIs, targets, and team performance
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Strong understanding of CQC compliance
* A polished, professional approach suited to an affluent patient demographic
* Full right to work in the UK
