Our client, a well-established organisation are looking for an experienced Payroll & HR Assistant to join them on a permanent basis
Responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with collating data worksheets for payroll submission
* Processing starters, leavers, contractual changes etc…
* Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation
* Prepare and process payment requests
* Assist in pension processing
* Assist in preparation of payroll reports
* Respond to payroll queries working as the first point of contact
Strong excel skills including VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables and high-volume payroll experience is essential.
