Are you an expert in designing and delivering pay frameworks and pay strategies for third sector organisations?
Are you able to partner an Exec Leadership team to create an organisation’s first ever pay framework, bringing the Exec Leadership team on the journey and demonstrating the impact such a framework can have on attraction and retention?
I am working with a fantastic, people centric, third sector organisation that are investing in their first ever Reward Consultant to come and partner them for 9 months to look at all things compensation! This organisation is a fantastic place to work, and one of the very few organisations to genuinely champion fully remote working and flexibility. They get so many things right, but currently they don’t have a pay strategy. They are looking for a Reward Consultant to come in and deliver a pay strategy, creating frameworks with different points within each banding that can be used as development opportunities.
This role requires a Reward expert that is able to see the bigger picture and work with/influence the Senior Leadership Team. You’ll need to be able to navigate a fully remote workforce and lead on both the strategic creation and operational delivery of the new pay structure.
So, what’s the role?
* Reporting into the Exec Director of People and partnering the Exec Leadership Team
* Leading on all strategic and operational requirements to design and deliver the new pay framework
* Working with the HR BPs and wider operational management teams to gage feedback on current pay issues and what the workforce is looking for
* Pay benchmarking with sector competitors, to ensure the pay framework offered is attractive within the market
* Bring experience of working with other pay bandings with increasing pay points within the bandings
* Work with wider HR team to use pay structure to effectively feed into other people projects, such as talent & succession, career progression, inductions and management training
