Working Hours
Full-time | 40 Hours Monday to Friday only
Responsibilities
* Provide client quotations, order vehicles, allocate vehicle registration numbers, tax new vehicles and produce client invoices
* You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate vehicle stock records
* Liaise with the vehicle preparation centre to ensure vehicles complete a pre‑delivery inspection
* Arrange vehicle delivery or collection by the client, Most importantly, someone who enjoys supporting others and thrives on keeping things organised and running smoothly
* Excellent attention to detail is necessary due to the level of administration required
* Lead all post‑sale related administration processes for fleet sales
Qualifications
* You will be naturally organised and have good time management skills
* Confident IT skills, particularly in MS Excel
* Someone with previous administration experience – ideally from an automotive background, though this is by no means essential.
* Someone with strong IT skills (Excel essential; Kerridge experience is a bonus), excellent attention to detail and a methodical, accurate working style, and a customer‑centric, can‑do attitude ready to drive career forward.
