Overview
As a shop Supervisor you would be responsible for overseeing daily salon operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a smooth workflow. Your role involves supervising staff, managing appointments, handling customer concerns, and ensuring the salon meets cleanliness and hygiene standards. The Shop Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining a positive salon environment and driving business growth. You must be maintaining high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a passion for retail, with the ability to motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service. Good communication skills required. Work experience of working in a salon is must. You must have been working on similar role previously.
Responsibilities
* Manage appointment scheduling, walk-ins, and staff allocation
* Monitor inventory and staff performance and provide feedback to the Salon Manager
* Promote salon services, retail products, and membership packages
* Foster a positive shopping experience for customers through excellent service and engagement.
* Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and maintaining records.
* Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
* Collaborate with management to implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
