Base pay range
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + bonus + generous pension, parking and hybrid working with 2 days in the office. Based in Greater Manchester.
Responsibilities
* Report into the Global Head of Reward and manage all day-to-day and project work related to reward.
* Conduct job evaluation, handle first-line support on reward enquiries, analyse data, create reports, and support pay, bonus, reward cycles and ad hoc analysis.
* Collaborate and communicate with global flexible benefit providers.
Required skills and qualifications
* Experience as a Reward Analyst/Advisory level with knowledge of compensation and benefits for the UK and US.
* Strong data analysis skills; comfortable pulling information together and communicating across team members and key stakeholders.
* Excellent Excel and systems skills. Experience with external job evaluation and benchmarking methods/models (e.g., Hay/Wills Towers Watson).
* Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-energy environments requiring agility and adaptability.
