Fancy being our next Credit Account Manager / Collections Advisor, taking the lead in managing a commercial credit and lease portfolio across one of our regional franchisee networks. This is more than just collections; it is about building strong relationships with a driven sales team, supporting franchisees, and driving business success. Youll be the go-to link between the credit team and field sales force, helping manage receivables, reduce losses, and promote the business credit solutions nationwide, while being rewarded generously for doing so.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the link between the credit team and field sales force to manage receivables
* Maintain and grow relationships with franchisees while driving collections and credit solutions
* Monitor and reduce credit losses and promote business credit solutions nationwide
* Collaborate with sales and credit teams to support commercial strategy and receivables management
Qualifications / Experience
* Experience in collections and sales or customer relationship management is desirable
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work with a regional franchisee network and cross-functional teams
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: £29k base salary + circa £4.5k OTE, Monthly prizes + a great benefits package
