Muller has been an iconic household brand in the UK for over 30 years, transforming the world of yogurts and desserts to become the 8th most chosen FMCG brand, consumed by more than half of UK households annually.
As the UK's leading yogurt manufacturer, Muller Yogurt & Desserts boasts major brands such as Muller Corner, Muller Rice, Frijj, and Muller Light. It also supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a state-of-the-art facility.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Muller Yogurt & Desserts Commercial team as National Account Manager (Top 4 retailer) responsible for branded products. The role is based at our Market Drayton head office.
Main Responsibilities
1. Demonstrate leadership through consistent 3Es behaviors and expand internal networks.
2. Develop and execute structured approaches to new business pipelines focusing on impactful opportunities.
3. Negotiate effectively to develop existing accounts sustainably.
4. Build and maintain world-class customer relationships, emphasizing Muller’s value beyond price.
5. Enhance people management skills by working effectively with your team and support functions.
6. Become a customer and category expert, bringing insights into the business.
7. Ensure accurate internal and external admin/reporting.
8. Manage support functions across Supply Chain, Marketing, Category, and Controlling for efficient customer management.
