What You'll Do:
Own budgeting and forecasting, delivering insights that drive growth.
Analyse performance trends and turn data into actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with operational teams to challenge assumptions and improve outcomes.
Lead process improvements and implement a new accounting system.
Support strategic bids and oversee audits.
Manage a small team and work closely with senior leadership.What You Bring:
Qualified Accountant (or equivalent experience).
