We are looking for an experienced Controls & Instrumentation Engineer for our Energy from Waste client based in Droitwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of the industry, working with the best controls systems and equipment!
Role & Responsibilities
* Overseeing operation, maintenance, testing and calibration of all controls and instrumentation
* Managing and developing more junior controls technicians
* Utilising site distributed control systems (DCS) and continuous emission monitoring systems (CEMS) to adhere to statutory obligations
* Investigating faults and rectifying promptly
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* HNC or higher in Electrical/Electronics engineering or a relevant field
* Experience in a power station or Energy from Waste (EfW) environment
* Knowledge of continuous emissions monitoring systems (CEMS) is essential
* Experience with PLC/HMI programming
