Job Title: Health & Safety Administrator
Location: Diversey – Cotes Park
Reports to: Site Manager
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Health & Safety Administrator to support the HSE team at our Cotes Park site. This role will focus on assisting with health, safety, and environmental processes by monitoring and following up on outstanding actions, ensuring progress is tracked, and maintaining clear communication across relevant internal teams.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the HSE team in all areas of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
* Track, chase, and help close out outstanding HSE actions and corrective measures.
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely updates and accurate flow of information.
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to support site compliance.
* Assist in coordinating site safety initiatives, audits, and meetings.
Skills & Experience:
* Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
* Attention to detail and ability to track and manage multiple actions effectively.
* Previous experience in an administrative role (preferably within HSE or a manufacturing environment) is advantageous.
