Were looking for an Sous Chef to join our Turtle Bay Family in Durham.
Sous Chefs are our next generation of Head Chefs! They lead by example to inspire our kitchen teams and make sure that everythings in place to bring fiery jerk flavours to our restaurants!
As a Sous Chef, youll develop your leadership and training skills, deputise in the absence of your Head Chef and become a pro at ordering and stock taking whilst driving sales and delivering the magic of the Caribbean to our guests!
