Global Training Coordinator (Coaching) – Maternity Cover
Reports to: Quality Coach Lead Europe
Contract Type: Fixed-Term – approximately 9-10 months
Salary: c.£28,000 full-time equivalent (c.£16,800 for 22.5 hours per week)
Position: Part time - 22.5 hours a week, working pattern to be agreed with manager. Hybrid working is available, but you will be required to also work in our office at Lakeside North Harbour Campus (Portsmouth, Cosham).

Role Responsibilities
* Coordinate global and regional Coach training opportunities
* Manage global Coach onboarding, including guides (invoicing, coach platform, calendar), supervision, etc.
* Support and maintain our training platform
* Create new trainings on the system
* Maintain quality KPIs and monitor training feedback
* Serve as the point of contact for training inquiries
* Coordinate supervision for European Coaches
* Administer ICF certification processes (CCEUs)
