As part of our passionate and friendly team, you will:
Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the early years framework.
Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s development.
Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, helping them achieve key milestones.
Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Ensure the learning environment is safe, clean, and stimulating.
What We’re Looking For:
A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent).
Minimum 2 years of experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
A genuine passion for supporting children’s development and learning.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
A caring, empathetic, and patient approach with children.
A clear understanding of safeguarding and health & safety practices.
