Your new role Working for a leading higher education provider in Sheffield you will part of a busy administration team responsible for helpdesk administration tasks. The successful candidate will be immediately available to start work due to immediate start required. The successful candidate will have excellent business administration and customer service skills and able to complete the duties of the role as outlined below;
* Updating the Helpdesks system
* Work with the estates team
* Respond to phone calls and emails requesting updates on access and maintenance queries
* Data entry for new access cards and lock changes
* Update orders
* Inbox management
* Use of CRM system
* Use of MS Office and Excel
What you'll need to succeed You need to able to start work with immediate effect and able to work on a temporary basis into the New YearExcellent knowledge of MS Office
