We are seeking a passionate and experienced Biomedical Scientist or Application Support Scientist to join a leading healthcare diagnostics team as an Application Product Specialist. This role supports chemistry and immunoassay analyzers, along with pre- and post-analytical lab solutions, contributing to high-quality patient care through excellent technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide installation support, system configuration, and workflow design
* Deliver user training, technical troubleshooting, and software updates
* Optimize system performance and ensure customer satisfaction
* Assist with product demonstrations, tender support, and technical consultancy
* Travel across Scotland and North of England to support customer sites
