Driving ERP success – From scope to delivery! We are currently looking for an Interim ERP Project Manager who will be responsible for creating and maintaining a comprehensive project plan that outlines the projects scop, schedule, budget and resource requirements of the ERP system upgrade. This is a fixed term contract for around 6 - 9 months. Some key responsibilities for this role include: Develop a detailed implementation plan outlining project scope, timeline and budget with supporting documentation Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Standard Work practices to ensure process consistency and repeatability Collaboration with stakeholders, department managers, IT personnel, consultants and end users to define program scope that meets the business needs Develop and oversee ERP testing program and identify risks and develop contingency plans Conduct end user training and post the go-live support model Post implementation system performance monitoring to identify process and system improvements For this role you will need: Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, including experience managing ERP implementations PMP certification or equivalent project management certification desirable Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively Knowledge of ERP systems and implementation methodologies If you feel you have the skills and experience to become our Interim ERP Project Manager and you are looking for exciting opportunities ahead, please click ‘apply’ today, we’d love to hear from you!
